Q & A

Do I need to make an advance payment to guarantee my booking?

For the high seasons (April & November) I’m kindly asking to guarantee your booking with an advance payment* of 10.000 yen not less than 14 days before the shooting date. I am providing a back-up date for such bookings in case of a bad weather conditions on the day of actual shooting.

*In case of cancelation from the client side in less than 7 days before the shooting date - the guarantee payment won’t be returned. In case of cancelation in more than 7 days before shooting or upon the photographer’s initiative, the guarantee payment is returned in full amount (transaction fee may be deducted depending on the payment method).

Are there any extra payments that may be required?

Transportation fee for distant locations (more than 20km from Fukuoka city) - I would kindly ask to cover the transportation expenses, which will vary depending on the shooting location and are a subject to confirmation before shooting.

For parks / temples entrance tickets I would kindly ask you to cover my entrance fee, which will vary depending on the location.

What are the payment method and procedures?

For the guarantee payment for high seasons i’m kindly asking to proceed with either a bank transfer or a PayPal payment (for Japanese residence a PayPay transfer is also possible).

For the photo shooting itself I’m kindly asking to pay in cash in Japanese yen after the photo shooting.
